Artwell Gallery and Community Center
Artwell Gallery is a 501 (c)(3) located in Torrington, Connecticut. The founding principle of Artwell is summed up in its motto Art for All. Since its inception in 1995, Artwell has been unique in its spirit of inclusiveness. It is a place where everyone is welcome, and all expressions are valid. At Artwell, artists of all ages and abilities make a cultural contribution to their community. 

Artwell Gallery and Community Arts Center’s mission is to encourage and promote the visual, literary, and performing arts and artists in the Northwest corner of Connecticut, through cooperative membership in its organization.  Artwell is a vital community cultural center and a non-commercial, multi-disciplinary art gallery that presents visual art exhibits, poetry readings, concerts, and a variety of performances each year. Artwell serves both urban and rural communities and draws much of its audience from Torrington and northwestern Connecticut
